1. Dissolve: Dissolve a quarter cup of salts in warm bathwater
2. Soak: Then soak for the mineral rich Dead Sea Salts for 20-30 minutes to allow it to absorb into your skin.
3. Dry off After soaking, dry off with a clean cloth or towel, then follow with moisturizing Miracle Aloe Cream.
