Alicia’s battle with Psoriasis paved the way to finding more natural ways to make her skin happy and the concept of Deluvia skincare and Demure mineral cosmetics was born.

Alicia is at the forefront of new product innovations and tries to carve time out to research new ingredients.

She loves spending time with her two sons and is passionate about cooking healthy, yummy meals for her family.

CEO & Co-Owner (aka the Hive Orchestrator)

Matt has been a pioneer in direct sales and marketing for over 25 years. He is the logistics leader of Deluvia and Alicia’s right hand in navigating the research behind many of the key ingredients in our formulations since its inception in 2001.

Matt’s passion outside of Deluvia is as a drummer and you’ll often hear the muffled echo of drums from behind his office door.

Operations (aka Everywhere Gal)

Born in Europe and educated in the US, Gertie has a diverse background across industries like humanitarian work, publishing, logistics, manufacturing, commerce and market research. She co-built a multi-million-dollar business with her husband and so brings organizational expertise, innovation, and leadership. Since stepping into our offices in 2009, she’s been vital to our growth.

And yes, Gertie still finds time to play with her granddaughters, care for her daughter’s cats, and host charity events.

Marketing & Customer Service (aka Customer Care Gal)

For 14 years, Elly has been handling the creative end of Deluvia, as well as ensuring our customers get attentive, exemplary service. We’re proud to say that we actually answer our phones with a human! She has over 35 years’ experience in design and marketing and is a graduate of the top design college in Ontario.

Elly loves immersing herself in sea glass art, and other art forms, especially when she does these activities with her granddaughters.

Manufacturing Director (aka Get it Done Gal)

Carol joined Deluvia in 2020 and is an experienced esthetician. She is highly trained in the behind-the-scenes production of high-quality skincare and cosmetics, and with her vast experience supervises our manufacturing area, making products with love for our customers.

She loves cooking, as well as spending time with her family and grandchildren.
