Skincare Habits to Start

We believe, it’s never too late to establish healthy skin habits, and there’s no denying the power of a habit. And as we all know, our skin is an organ and requires proper care to keep it looking and feeling it’s best. It might take some discipline at first, but the results are well worth it and your skin will thank you for it, always! Let’s start now :)

Start with proper cleansing:
Make sure your skin is really clean. Facial cleansing can help removing oil, dirt and other debris from your skin and delicate face. Without cleansing, dirt and grime will settle on your face, triggering unwanted skin problems. 

Use a daily moisturizer:
 Is it silly to point out how good it feels to moisturize? Nah, we don’t think so! Enjoying the sensation of a smooth, rich, preferably healthy moisturizer can be sublime. Applying a luxurious moisturizer at the end of a long bubble bath is the perfect way to relax and unwind. A sumptuous cream or body butter helps take care of your skin.

Exfoliate dead skin cells:
Exfoliating helps refine skin’s texture and improve skin’s dull appearance by sloughing away dead surface skin cells that contribute to clogged pores. The smoother your skin is, the better your skin appears, and it will help your makeup to look even better and more even.

Protect skin with sunscreen:
Some say UV rays from the sun can cause 90% of skin’s aging so it is important to wear broad-spectrum sunscreen daily to help protect your skin and combat the damaging effects of the sun.

Remove makeup before bed:
Your skin renews itself while you sleep, and when you leave makeup on, it is likely to make it so much harder for your skin to actually do that, renewing itself.
